I'll happily upgrade this to five stars if this board turns out to be as durable as it is nice looking and solid. I got a few of these, and they all have very different grains, so you may or may not get lucky on how yours looks. But hey, it's wood, so, there is a certain amount of variation that can be expected.

What I like is that the cutting surface is very solid, smooth, and the board overall sits nice and flat. Again, have to see how that holds up, but so far so good.

My only minor complaint is that it is a somewhat odd size. The picture is not 12x6 but the board is, and 6 inches is probably a bit small for some applications. But for small cutting projects, it is fine.
