Beautiful, Beautiful, Beautiful!!!! This makes cooking a breeze and keeps my knives sharp! I will be getting a larger oneProteak Square 12 by 12-Inch by 2-Inch Chopping Block, End Grain also, but wanted to try out the smaller one first. I use proteak board for cutting up fruit - for smoothies or salads and any other chopping I need to do. Would definitely recommend! In the TRASH goes my old glass cutting board and never again will I buy another one like that!
