Great bag for my huge Reynolds sousaphone. I have a plastic hard case for it that's so big it won't fit in my car, so i got this. The prices seem to vary quite a bit, so watch that. I like this bag because it is well designed, heavily built, very well padded and has a super heavy zipper (very important!). The backpack straps are fine, but need to be shortened methinks, unless you happen to be a basketball player. It has a couple grab straps which work great in case you need to hurl the whole package for some reason. In a pinch, it makes for a great survival sleeping pod, but you'll have to curl up. (Don't laugh, I've slept in my tuba bag a few times already.) If you need a case for your sousie, this is the only way to go.
