It's exactly like the picture, comes with a mouthpiece holder in the front side pocket! Holds my Bach Stradivarius 42 G (Large Bore) with Traditional F attachment perfectly. Easy and comfortable to carry, and arrived early, I live in southern CA and it came in about 3 days.

This is a great case. Plenty of space to carry my mutes, sheet music & stand, etc. The protection inside the case is wonderful. The shoulder strap is heaven sent. I really enjoy the fact that I can carry everything in one case, comfortably. I won't go back to a hard case, ever. I highly recommend this bag!
