Great resource and full of things I had no idea of. Can not recommend this book enough. Nick Nichols shares the ideas in an easy to understand way and tells you what you need to do.

Every business, large and small alike; in fact everyone who goes online even if just to send an email, needs to read this book! Mr. Nichols asks the question, "what is wrong with today's businesses?" Customer service is at an all-time low and most businesses would rather spend money on getting new customers than do the necessary work to keep the respect and loyalty of their current customers. The author gives a simple formula to consistently retain customers and have them coming back for more. If you're on the Internet, then your name is "out there," so what are others saying about you? Is it positive or negative? Either response will live on forever for readers all over the world. If there are negative reviews and comments about you or your business, it is up to you to counteract the negativity. Mr. Nichols outlines, in detail, how to repair your reputation and boost your business with free and low-cost methods. His unique SEO tactics can be implemented using his instructions, or contact his company to do it for you. Highly recommended.
