This is a basic silicone case. It is pretty opaque so if you are really into seeing the color of your IPOD this is probably not the cover you want. For some reason when I ordered this I thought it would come with a hard plastic screen cover like I had for my 3rd generation IPOD but that must have been my oversight. The screen cover that comes with this product is more like a clear protective film. So far so good. Shipping took about a week.

The silicone case is ok - it fits well and seems to cover the important parts, but you can't see the color of the ipod through it. For protection I suppose it's fine. The screen protector on the other hand is garbage. It's hard to get it straight on the screen, and then when you do the tab won't come all the way off. The adhesive stays on the protector so it looks terrible and you can't see through it. Don't waste your money!

Since the ipod has been discontinued, there is little available in protection. I had a silicon case for my gen 4 ipod which I found to be better. This silicon case is fine, fits fairly well. There is no little bottom silicone tab to protect the cable input as there was with the gen4. The screen protector comes with a cute cleaning cloth, but when i pulled the tabs off, they tore and left residue, so that I gave up on it. This may have to do with the adhesive aging. I may still clean it off with lighter fluid and apply it, but the quality of it was not impressive. It did not leave any residue on the screen as some have stated. I much preferred the hard plastic protector that came with the gen 4.

I realize this didn't cost much, but I did at least expect it to fit my iPod. It is way too big! The only way it would fit is if my iPod suddenly put on weight, or maybe if it got pregnant? What a disappointment, and not worth the money to ship it back....

I am reviewing the ipod nano 5th generation that I recently bought. It said it was in great condition. I think that it was in good condition. When I was ordering accessories for it I found out that I was really sent a Ipod nano 4th generation. Little unhappy. I think next time when I order I will diffently be more careful.

Having bought the arm holder with this ipod, I use it all the time, and I've dropped it, stepped on it and let the battery run down, and it still works great. When it wears out, I'll buy another one.

Silicone gel case was fine but LCD screen protector was wrong size and shape, not for the nano 5g. not worth cost of returning.
