This is an inexpensive headset. It it pretty cheaply made, but it works fine. It is a little hard to connect to the phone, and the audio quality is not great, esp if there is a lot of backround/road noise. I bought this to use in the car to comply with the new CA laws, so it's fine for me. If you plan on using it all the time I would suggest a little higher end product with better volume control and without the wires.
