Nice, rich flavor.

I'm watching my carb intake so I mix Protein Plus with either almond meal, flax meal, or coconut flour and use it in hot cereal, smoothies, and baking.

we don't have peanut flour in Australia; have to source it from overseas sellers, and this seller had the lowest international shipping and handling. What a product!; I prefer it over peanut butter, as I can make it with a moisture level of my choosing. I add almond milk, nutrasweet, and a pinch of salt. Very addictive stuff.

I highly recommend Protein Plus Peanut Flour :
I bought mine for about $5.8 per pound with free shipping for order over $40 from i****. Search on google.

(1) Same volume of regular peanut butter has 10 times the fat, 4 times the calories, 2 1/2 times the saturated fat, 3 times the sugar of Protein Plus. Regular peanut butter has sugar, salt, oils added to it.

.......Jif creamy peanut butter 2 tbsp(32g).....Protein Plus 2 tbsp (12g).....PB 2 Powdered Peanut Butter 2 tbsp(12g)

(2) This is a good fiber substitute for Metamucil or Fibercon except for the calories. PB2 powdered peanut has slightly better flavor, but costs $2 or more per pound.

(3) Protein Plus is 100% roasted peanuts, no additives.

This is the best peanut flour I've tried! It has a smooth, deep, roasted flavor that just kicks everything you put it in.
I've used it to make a cooked frosting (really!), and various LC bread/pancake items. It's also a great 'flouring' agent for asian-inspired pork and chicken dishes; it gives a delicious crisp coating with an amazing depth of flavor! (Especially if you are serving with a coconut, curry, or peanut sauce)
No one will know it's the secret ingredient and they will be surprised when you tell them. It makes a great 'breading' if you mix it with natural almond meal/flour and bake or fry your items.

This is top-notch quality peanut flour and worth the cost. If you've ever had lesser quality peanut flour and it left a strange taste in your mouth or smelled rancid or 'not quite right' when you opened it, you have to try this! It will make a believer out of you in a real hurry!

Much better than PB2 because this product tastes like roasted peanuts, period whereas PB2 tastes processed. Having said that, you probably want to add a bit of salt and low carb sweetener, otherwise this product may seem a bit bland.

I'm watching my carb intake so I mix Protein Plus with either almond meal, flax meal, or coconut flour and use it in hot cereal, smoothies, and baking. If you're not used to baking with peanut flour or the other low carb flours, it's best to follow a few recipes until you get a feel for working with them. It's pretty amazing that you don't sacrifice texture or taste with low carb flours and it has really helped me to control my weight over the last couple of years without feeling deprived, plus I get plenty of fiber :^)

This product smells good and tastes great! Not to mention, it's healthy, natural and high protein. Although I haven't had too much luck baking with it (probably because I make all of my own recipes), I'm still going to keep buying it. It tends to produce a dense baked good (I made delicious peanut flour brownies with this) so make sure to use leavening, such as baking powder or eggs.

Get the p.b taste without the fat. Use in smoothies for a pb taste or in any other recipe where you want the pb taste.

I think this product is excellent.

I have made peanut butter cookies with it (the recipe on the package uses WAY too much sugar, though...you may want to adjust to taste), and also made peanut 'butter'. What is awesome is the fact that it only contains 15% peanut fat, and more than twice the protein per serving (1/4 cup...which is 33% more peanut butter than the standard two tablespoon serving of regular peanut butter)...and HALF the calories. For someone like myself who has been on a weight loss program and has been careful about how often to eat pb & j sandwiches BECAUSE of the high fat content (50%) of regular pure peanut butter-(which I really really LOVE)...Well, let's just say I think this is a gift from heaven!

But be advised...while it retains nearly all of its peanut butter taste, the lack of oil is noticeable in texture and overall flavor. If you are an absolute peanut butter addict, you might want to blend-to-taste a mixture of both regular pure peanut butter, and the peanut butter flour. As for me, I added a couple of teaspoons of olive oil to a one cup mixture of flour and water to round it out a bit, but I think the olive oil does take away a bit of the actual peanut butter flavor. You may want to experiment with other oils (I will try hazelnut oil next time because it has a very high monounsaturated 'good' fat content and it is also a nut-based product, as opposed to olive oil).

You also can create your own desired thickness of peanut butter, and add nuts if you are a 'crunchy' PB fan (I use chopped almonds because they are also high in protein and the 'good' fat).

Again overall, I think this is a terrific product.
