Great introduction to the art of protein purification,
By Armando-Malwani "Seeker" (MN, USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Protein Purification (THE BASICS (Garland Science)) (Paperback)
This book is a great place to start for anyone wanting to get a good overview of protein purification. The book starts out with an overview of the process and then gets into all the useful details about the conditions and techniques used and is by far one of the best and most importantly one of the thinnest books in the market. There are easy to follow protocols that one could adapt for specific proteins. This is good place to start out and for more detailed information (if required) one could always turn to the cold spring harbor manuals. Recommended for biochemistry graduate students and technicians new to protein purification.
