About the Author
Patrick L. Clements (M.B.A., Golden Gate University) is president of Church Extension Plan in Salem, Oregon, a church-financing ministry that assists in church planning and facilities financing. Currently Clements serves on the board of the Christian Management Association and is a trustee with the Steward's Foundation. He has also served as board chairman for Northwest Medical Teams International. He has extensive experience in banking and business consulting as well as the pastoral ministry.
