This program is a no-nonsense approach to losing weight. No bull - no stupid exercizes, crazy meal plans, breathing techniques or liquid diets. This program tells it like it is - quit overeating, become a little more active, take better care of yourself, and the best part of this program is, is that it works on the subconscious mind, where all of your bad habits are hiding. Now that I know that hypnosis really works, please send me the smoking program.

I originally purchased Victoria Wayne's "1 Proven Method of Quitting Smoking... HYPNOSIS" after seeing her perform in Las Vegas. After 16 years of smoking 2 packs a day, I became an ex-smoker in just three days. I was so pleased to find her weight loss program on your website I just had to buy it for my brother who is about 60 pounds overweight. We are in business together, so I see him every day, and let me tell you, these tapes are changing his life. He has already lost 32 pounds, and is looking about 10 years younger. He is 6 years older than me, but now looks like my younger brother. If she ever comes out with a hypnosis program for growing more hair, please send me a copy. This program deserves rave reviews.

I am so impressed with the way this program works I just wanted to tell everybody. Before I ordered this program, I really had no understanding of how hypnosis worked, or even if it worked. Let me tell you, IT DOES! I was able to reprogram the subconscious part of my mind and change the way I felt about the foods I was putting into my body. If you've been looking for a better, easier way to lose weight - this program is a godsend.

Greetings - Arlene Victoria Wayne here. I just read one of my reviews by a reader from New York who insisted that my hypnosis program is a lot of bull. It drives me crazy when someone shoots off their mouth without knowing what they're talking about. This individual claims to have asked a hypnotherapist about my program and this "hypnotherapist" said that hypnosis doesn't work in the Delta state. It's funny, but out of the thousands of hypnotherapists that I've met over the years, and the hundreds that I have taught from my staff position at the American Academy of Hypnosis, and the thousands and thousands that have been certified from both National and International Boards, I don't think I've ever met one that is not aware that hypnosis occurs in the Alpha State, not the Delta state as this misinformed reader claims. Hypnosis will work wonders for you. It sounds like this reader from New York, spouting off all this technical jargon that really has nothing to do with hypnosis, was being sold a bill of goods by his "hypnotherapist" friend - and probably a series of the "hypnotherapists" very expensive special program. Ever notice that the syntax for all the positive reviews of this book is the same? Notice that every favorable review says "fantastic"? Maybe Arlene wrote each and every review with the word "fantastic" in it. Ya think?
