I have been looking for a simple soap that does the job (leaves my skin really clean) but is pleasant to use. I found the soap. It has a subtle scent and cleans and softens my face. I have use commericial soaps where I had to load up on moisturizer because they take the glyerin out of the soap and sell it. Love- love this soap. I almost don't want to give the secret away. Enjoy.

I bought a bar of this during a port visit in Maine, not really thinking much of it and didn't even open it for a month or so. Man, was I surprised! this soap smells so good and yet is subtle. Definitely mosturizing. When I got down to the last sliver, I went looking in stores for this stuff and couldn't find it or even find a scent that came close. I'm so happy I found it on Amazon of all places!

I've been using Pre de Provence for months now and I can't say anything bad about them! This is not my favorite scent (lavender is), but it is still great. This brand of soap leaves my skin refreshed and not dry like everything I buy from supermarkets.

This is the best soap I have ever used and I have tried plenty of expensive, luxury soaps. The size of the bar is incredibly large - so much so that after unwrapping it and letting it sit for a week, I was able to cut it into 3 pieces. Excellent moisturizing, non-cloying scent and great lather=Perfection!

I have ultra-sensitive skin and use this for body and face!

This is the best soap that I have ever used. My husband loves it and can't stand it if we get near the end of our stash. I love the milk bar. A nice smell with more moisturizing ingredients then anything I have ever tried.

This soap made my skin so soft and took away bumps I had from dry skin. I whole heartedly recommend this one - and the milk scent is not over powering... the lavender is really nice too!

soap works great, the bar is about twice the size of a normal bar and takes some getting used to though.

The bar is a little large to hold in your hand, but the scent and the creaminess of the lather is awesome!!!

This soap is amazing. It smells so good. Nice enough to be a fragrance but gentle enough so it is not like an overpowering strong odor. The bar of soap is huge so you know you are getting what you pay for. Best of all....it is gentle to the skin and you feel so clean! A great product!

I was looking everywhere for a soap, just to be able to do laundry by hand. As we used in France.
This soap is identical to that sold in France and just as effective without a trace.
Only the price is a bit expensive
