Also they are cute and look like a watch band.

I would say I have an average size wrist and these fit tight on the second to last hole.

This did not help me with morning sickness and nausea at all.

I have been SUFFERING through morning sickness for over a month now, and hoped these would help. They are a great idea. They can be adjusted not only by the wrist size, but you can also twist a dial which pushes the "button" closer to your pressure point. I thought I would like these more than the sea bands due to the fact that they can get wet and are adjustable. However, for me the plastic was uncomfortable and hurt. These are worth a try, but I would try both these and the Seabands and go with the one that works the best for you. I have found the SeaBands to work better for myself, but these are a better quality and are much more durable and customizable.

If you're reading this and you are pregnant, I might know what you're going through.

I'm 8.5 weeks and I've spent the last few weeks vomiting and dry heaving. A few night ago I sipped some apple juice with my prenatal, and was quickly running to the bathroom. I was miserable as I lost 4 lbs.

I was willing to try anything, and my doc was not so keen on anti-nausea medication (yet). So I ordered these Psi Bands (on recommendation of the nurse) with overnight shipping, but was then so miserable and couldn't wait, that I got a pair of Sea Band from the drugstore the same day. I used those and didn't have dry heaving for the first day in weeks! I was so pleased that they worked. I surely still felt nausea, but it was not nearly as bad. I'm really NOT a believer in alternative medicine, but when you're desperate enough, you'll try anything I guess And I really don't think it's a placebo effect, since I wasn't expecting them to work (and even if it is, I'll take relief in any form!).

Well, so the Sea Bands worked, but I can say that I'm not sure I would have been able to use them long term. I am not heavy, nor do I have particularly large bone structure, but those bands were tight and left painful WELTS. I am sure I did not have the child size. I was glad the next day when these Psi Bands arrived. I love that these Psi bands are adjustable. The welt problem goes away and I didn't really need them that tight anyway. Pressure doesn't mean total constriction.

They are rubber and go on like a watch, so it's not THAT easy to get them on (not like the slip-on stretch bands of other brands), but it's not impossible either. Took me about 2 minutes to get them both on and adjusted.

I have suffered from motion sickness for a long time and I hate taking pills b/c they make you sleepy. I discovered seabands (another brand) and was thrilled to find that they worked. When I saw these I was happy b/c I liked the idea that they were plastic and wouldn't get wet (when I was on a boat) were adjustable (in case your hands/wrists swelled) and slightly fasionable.

well they do work so TRY them if you suffer at all from morning sickness, motion sickness, even altitude sickness. However these bands in PARTICULAR do not provide your wrists with much mobility which I did not like. So I might suggest other other bands that have elastic cloth in them. They may be ugly but you won't suffer. Trust me it is worth a try.

SHORT REVIEW
Buy it!!!
It's worth the cost of the 3 coffees' you can no longer drink anyway.

Works well but not perfect. Ends the majority of your nausea, however you may have lingering queasiness, nothing nearly as debilitating as you would experience without them on.
It allows for you to go on with your day-to-day activities without having your head permanently in a bucket.

LONG REVIEW

O.K. So here is my experience with these bands. First of all, this is my second pregnancy and the thought of going through what I went through with my first was depressing to say the least. I happen to be one of those wonderful people whom vomited her entire 9 months I was desperate to try anything in order not to repeat that scenario, so at the onset of nausea 5 weeks with baby number 2 I read every site related to controlling my nausea. I saw that these bands in one form or another were recommended, so of course I ran out the next day to buy some I purchased these over the other bands because they were a bit more fashionable. Anyway I had to adjust the bands several times until I got it just right to where I guess it is actually on my pressure point correctly, finally after an all day constant adjustment period it works. It takes about 2 hours to kick in for me but its worth it. Now while it ended most of my nausea to where it is now tolerable, I still have a bit a of queasiness but it is really worth the money trust me, with out this I would be unable to leave my bed and bucket, with this I can at least keep up with my 2 year old.

Before you buy this product, I suggest you try a simple technique to see if acupressure is likely to work for you:

1. Find the "p6" point - three finger widths down from the bottom of your wrist, and between the two large tendons.

2. Push on the point with one hand as you slowly breath out.

3. Release the point as you breathe in.

Repeat 8 times on one wrist, then 8 times on the other.

If this technique works for you - chances are the bracelets may work for you too. Of course, then you may not need them to begin with!

In my case, neither worked. Sigh...
