About the Author
Heather Ferris was born and raised in South Africa. She graduated as a teacher from the University of Capetown and taught for nine years. She emigrated from South Africa and has lived in Canada, the U.S. and Australia. In Australia she worked as a consultant to schools and community groups, and furthered her education in counselling and psychotherapy. She also wrote papers and developed curriculums for personal growth groups. Heather has lived in Canada since 1987, and has led numerous workshops on wellness and other health issues.

I got this book from someone recommending it on an eczema message board. I read it and it made so much sense with the toxins coming out through your skin.

The diet and treatments in this book heal both eczema (which is what I have) and psoriasis.

After about 4 months my skin was clear and I didn't itch any more.

I highly recommend this book to anyone that has psoriasis or eczema...it really does work!

It's a wonderful book from the insider's viewpoint. She had psoriasis and conquered it with diet and proper attitude. I have the same approach and am working to create a Legacy Trust to send people to the Dead Sea in Israel for sea, sun, diet and meditation spa treatments. [...]

I have just finished haft of the book. It makes a better senses than most Doctors and Dermatologists telling you. I appreciate the fact that the writer shares your psoriasis experience.
