This is a real good selection of Psychedelic songs from the sixties. The songs are the original recordings which is first and foremost when I buy CD's and the sound quality is good as well. The only criticism I have of this CD (and it's minor) is that there are only 12 songs on this CD with an 80 minute capacity. They could have put 7 or 8 more songs on here easily and I wish they did because these songs are great! Still I would recommend this CD to anyone who is looking to buy this type of music and want to listen to some far-out groovy music!

A Good Addition to Your 60's Collection, May 11, 2002

Original artists - full-length singles versions. What's not to like? A few tracks are available on a lot of compilation discs but some of these aren't so easy to find. Audio quality is as good as can be expected, given the source material. So if you're missing a few of these tunes in your 60's collection....go for it.

i bought this just on a whim when it first came out. and i like all the songs on it even though i didnt know many of them before i bought it. you will enjoy it if you like psychedelic pop at alll. and yes sanfrancisco girls is a treasure on this disc

Wow!, February 20, 2008

I am just buying this cd now as I am replacing my two 45's of Pictures of Matchstick Men. They've been played to death. What is stunning here to me is that just listening to the Fever Tree tiny clip I notice that the words are different than the words on the 45. Wow! Where did this come from??? What a find!! Yay!!!!
