Did anyone proof read this book????
While it's nice that Lippincott updated this book, and it provides some updates in statistics, etc the book has end of chapter review questions with NO answers...anywhere! Not on the CD, when you register your book online, etc. Who writes multiple choice questions with no answers? Very frustrating text...stick with the old version and save yourself money.
