The strengths of this book are that it flows nicely, is an easy read and has good content. Therein is a problem though in that the content is largely rehashed from her previous books. If you've read more than a couple of Sylvias books, you've probably read about 90% of the content of this book. To some it may be comforting to read more of her work, to others it may be annoying reading much of the same content over and over.

I am rating it 3 stars because of the fact that so much of the topics in this book have already been covered in her other books. As a stand alone book, for someone new to Sylvia's work, I would probably rate this 4 stars. Not her best work, but certainly not her worst.

Bless her heart,Sylvia does it again,God love her.I have read so many books thru-out my life on psychic children and all I ever came up with were books on Indigo,rainbow and crystal children in vague theory or complex jargon..enough to boggle a parent and or psychic persons mind.This book is so indepth in explanation and a very helpful guide for parents who are trying to understand their child's ability in such easy to read and easy to understand terms.Sylvia speaks on every conceivable ability regarding not only psychic children(although they are the focus of this book)but for adults also who are just opening up psychically and wanting to learn what they are experiencing.This is a must have book for not only parents of psychic children but also for adults who have unintentionally shunned their own abilities due to societal thinking/rules,religious teachings etc which made people feel weird about what they were experiencing.The time has come to stand up and accept that we are all spiritual beings with many God given abilities.Sylvia as usual speaks candidly as only she could do.Finally truth be told!She also adds practice to helping your child and self.A definite must have.

Thanks to Sylvia Browne's straight foward writting style your able to understant what goes on in the mind of a psychic child. It was very informative but the only drawback was that it contained excerpts of letters that were written to her asking if their children were normal. Although the letters were warrented they became a bit of a distraction. On the other hand she gave a great deal of insight on ways to help encourage your childs gift. So in short it was at the very least thought provoking.

I love Sylvia Browne and all of her books, but she has to stop being redundant. I'm just not willing to spend the money any longer on books that pretty much say the same thing in all of them. If you've read her previous books, save your time and your money. I was expecting a lot of new information. There were a few paragraphs and thoughts not expressed before, but the vast majority of the book was a reviewing of statements and thoughts already written in her previous works. I wrote to her organization with this concern and never received a response. Borrow it from a library instead.

I have not yet completed the book but so far I love it!
I am very happy with this book! It is GREAT if you have
children around the house or if you are around children
very much.

Reading this book gave me extra knowledge in being able
to know what to watch for and ask for with my two
granddaughters. I only wish I had this knowledge with
my OWN two children!

For example my 1+ month old granddaughter is always
looking above my right shoulder with an "awe" look on her
face and even though she is "supposed" to be too young to
really smile.. she kicks her legs happily, smiles and
keeps her eyes in the location above my shoulder. I look
behind me and also say hello to whoever is there.

Regarding my 5yr old granddaughter she tells me about
"things that happened before" and also "future" things to
watch out for. It is amazing how much knowledge these
youngsters have. All you have to do is ask the right
questions with the toddlers, which Sylvia Browne helps
you with, and with the infants what to LOOK out for.

Sylvia has also helped me with my 5yr old
granddaughter's reoccuring "nightmares".
I love the prayers she has given to help
children understand "that was a past life,
you are no longer living that life" and how to "let go"
of these fears.

I love Sylvia's books. There are a lot of interesting facts that I've tried to find out more details. I was recommended this book to people who looking answers on their questions.

First off let me say that I am a big bookworm and enjoy reading all types of books. I would have to say this is one of the best psychic books I have ever read. I have been a kid who was always fascinated by the paranormal and have had many experiences when I was younger. I was always able to see spirits in the apartment my family and I lived in when I was a kid. I would see them come out of my brothers and I closet. So that was my first ever experience with the paranormal.

Another time I had ghostly experiences was when I would go visit my grandmother during the summer. I would see and hear the toilet seat go down, when it was left up and I would always see a lady walk by the bookshelf in the dining room as I was looking at the books and disappear when she reached the end. This book is perfect, because it talks about experiences that kids have, how we are all psychic when were kids, what it's like for children who had near-death experiences(since I had one when I was twelve) and what the other side looks like to them...which is what I experienced too!

I also find it interesting about having recollections from the other side and previous life's when we come into our new incarnation. It also has a lot of interesing stories about kids seeing deceased loved-one's. Some that they never met before or werent alive when they were. I give it 5 stars, because it goes deep into discussing about our many lives we have had on earth, how we are spirtually when we come into another body, how we see deceased loved ones, even before we come to this world again and so much more. I also like how Sylvia says not to put kids down or telling them to stop imagining things when it comes to seeing real ghosts and spirits. Also the fact that our imaginary friends when were younger aren't imaginary at all, but spirits from the other side.

This book made me even more spirtual than I already am, and made me realize even more how everything comes from God, and that there are tons more things out there in this universe than just us. I think that, because of this great big world that God made, why couldn't there be something else on different planets? Also why couldn't there be different realms?

The item I ordered arrived in very good shape from the seller and got here when promised. I would use this seller again.

i really enjoyed this book. it has taught me alot about me and all three of my children. my oldest has been a psycic since she was 1 years old. i have had things happen that i could not answer and in this book it told me alot. my other two see things and i am very excited to watch them grow now understanding what is going on. i would recommed this book to anyone who wants to understand why their children see and hear thing and not to be affraid of what is going on in with them in their life.

this book is one of her best books ever ! you dont have to have psychic children to love this book , it is for everyone . i buy alot of her books because i respect her so much . i felt her book 'Visits from the afterlife' was her best until i read this one , i counld not put it down . i have lived in a haunted house so i know they are real , i just didnt understand that much about it . that is when i started to read alot of books on the subject , this is a GOOD one .
