I like this book/CD combination.It is filled with some interesting subjects which will want to make you explore some of them further.Rob takes you on a journey of discovery through various subjects like Synchronicity (my favourite),Premonitions,Remove Viewing,Dreams,Spirit Contact,Out-of-Body Experiences and other subjects involving Psi-phenomena.
As well,there are a brief run down and some case histories of each subject and some suggested exercises to help you to try to develop these skills.I don't say that you will,but it will be fun trying.
It also comes with a CD,which has a guided meditation to help you to relax before trying the exercises,along with oceans of flute and peaceful synthesizer music.
If you are like me,then some subjects you will want to explore further and some you won't care for much at all...but it's still fun to read about them.
Consider it a box of psychic chocolates.The ones you like,you'll want to try more of and the ones that didn't appeal to you at least gave you a taste of what they were about.
It's a fun book to explore as just a read by itself,or as an exercise book on psychic phenomena.
It won't turn you into Merlin,but it will send you into a mysterious realm worth exploring...your inner self.

the audio cd brings you to a place where you can really understand the power of your ablities. I was totally a novist and I was blown away! I really loved this book.
