This book provides a very good in-depth introduction to the subjects of hypnosis, NLP visualisation , etc. It is aimed at the individual looking for techniques to enable positive change and the professional seeking to expand his knowledge / options. The author succeeds in this respect , however the text is spoilt by the incessant use of "or she" "or her" "or herself". This is unnecessary and ultimately became an irritating distraction from a free flowing read.
