I am using this book for a graduate class, and I can only say that it has been invaluable. This book is a must-have for any aspiring clinician that plans to use the MMPI-2 for assessment. It has everything you need and more, and breaks down the scales in a comprehensible manner.

I purchased the Kindle edition of this textbook, and I would not recommend it. The content is fine, but the book contains numerous charts and tables that are not adequately reproduced in the Kindle edition. It'll probably get you through an assessment class okay (especially if you do a lot of highlighting, particularly of the codetypes), but if you anticipate giving the MMPI-2 a lot and using this book as a reference - for which I suspect it would be excellent - buy the paper copy instead.
