This is a great book written by the founder of the Biofeedback Institute- 248 pages - of both biological and psychological research findings in the field of life extension. It was ahead of it's time. Includes information on genes, DNA, breathing, biofeedback, enzymes, Soviet research, and much more. Sections on several mental techniques that effect aging included. This book is recommended by Dr. Norman Cousins, author of Anatomy of an Illness. Get one and start youthing today!
