The Best Book on I/O Psych
This is the best book available on Industrial/Organizational Psychology. I have used it for several years. I enjoy it, and my students enjoy as well. Dr. Michael Beitler Author of "Strategic Organizational Change"

Writing uncomplicated but too theoretical
I think that they should have presented a more applicable, rather than theoretical, approach to the foundations of work. However, it covered a variety of topics and the tables were superb.

Quite good. Important forum where day-to-day issues that come up in a workplace are tackled in a no-nonsence manner and explained in an integral causational respect.
