5.0 out of 5 stars Easy to Understand
I found this textbook while perusing online and ordered it on a whim. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it is to understand and how well it is presented. Now that I'm teaching psych myself, this is a textbook I will definitely assign.

2.0 out of 5 stars Not bad
I took the class with the author and I really did not find the book particularly useful. I wouldn't say the book was very well written but it had all that you need to know.

5.0 out of 5 stars BUY THIS INSTEAD OF THE 5th EDITION, January 18, 2012
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
Very very few changes. My friend got the new edition and I bought this one for our psychology class and I compared them. The page numbers may be different but the content is the quite similar. There is one study from 2010 that was added that is not present in this edition, but other than that, it is the same. Save your money and buy this one.

5.0 out of 5 stars College text books, March 27, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
If you want to continue your education without actually going to school, buying used textbooks is a good way to do it. Those of you with children in college know how expensive text books can be. This method will also work for students if you can find the book you need and you plan ahead.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great for people going into Psychology 100, May 13, 2009
This is a general class textbook, but it teaches you a lot about psychology and is actually interesting and not boring if you read it.

5.0 out of 5 stars International Edition, January 14, 2008
This review is from: Psychology (Paperback)
This is still Psychology: The Science of Mind and Behavior 4th Edition by Passer, it's just an International Edition. An official McGraw Hill representative said they don't encourage the sale of this book outside of international borders, but it has the same content as the North American version and it's cheaper! It'll just be harder to sell it back to your college bookstore :)

5.0 out of 5 stars Flawless, February 9, 2009
By
I bought Psychology mind and behavior for my college online class. I got the book before my class started even though i ordered it only a week ahead. The book was in excellent condition and only half the price of the campus bookstore. I will buy here again for future textbook needs. Thank you Amazon
