The description of this book clearly indicates it comes with access to MyPsychLab.com. It does not. It is just a book - access to MyPsychLab.com needs to be purchased on top of the cost of this book $33.00. Look elsewhere if this is important to you.

I understand I ordered a "Used-Good" book, but the book I received not only has extensive hi-lighting and writing throughout, there is water damage inside. But the worst part is the book spine is so damaged and weak that when I open the front cover it lifts away from the body of the insides. It looks as if this book went down with the Titanic, but floated back to the top.
I would never order from this seller again. The only good thing about this order was I received it in 2 days, but wait I did pay extra for speedy shipping, so NO, there isn't a darn good thing I can say about this purchase. Especially when you consider I paid $70 and I could have gotten a brand-new one for $100.

My book came in in the amount of time it said. It was in great condition and protected well through mailing process.

This is a great textbook. I have passed every test and it is because of the way this textbook breaks down what it is advocating.

I needed this textbook for my PSY 103 class, and I am glad I purchased it through Amazon because I saved about 30 bucks, even though it was a brand-new edition (2010) and there were no used copies. It shipped fast, and it was in beautiful condition. I will definitely order books through Amazon next semester!

I never received the book. So I cant say that it was okay. Very upset that I didn't receive the book.
