Many people go out and try to sell products and services thinking it is just a "gift of gab" when in fact, there are specific techniques, methods, skills, things to do and not do.

This is a very solid course on what you need to know in any type of sales profession. If you are just starting out it is a blessing to find this product and if you are a seasoned sales professional, it is a wonderful review and a way to get back to the basics.

Closing techniques are discussed in great detail, with specific closing techniques given. Memorize and use this information as it works! I have personally sold products and services using these closing techniques and highly recommend them to others.

The section on prospecting is a wonderful section as well. It gives methods to the madness and steers you in the right direction for a productive sales career. A must have series for sure.

I purchased this product years ago in cassette tape format.

I am replacing it with the CDs, because I no longer have a cassette player in my vehicle.

I am doing the same with several other sales training materials that I have.

This one is among the top 5 that I always listen to.
