I received a book that I did not order! I ordered Group Psychotherapy with Addicted Population by Philip J. Flores, PhD and was sent a copy of Group Psychotherapy with Adult Children of Alcoholics. I did not order the second of the two mentioned books and requested a copy of the book I initially had ordered or a refund. I explained the book I ordered was for a class I'm enrolled in and the sellers indicated that they would send me the book that I ordered and not to worry about sending the book I received back, here it is almost 5 wks later and I never received the book. I have e-mailed them a couple of times since then and each time they tell me the book was sent already which I don't believe. (See below the msg I received when I notified them they had sent the wrong book):
I am sorry, we sent the wrong book, I will ship the right one tomorrow. Sorry for the mistake. Go ahead and keep the one I sent or toss it, it is not worth shipping back. Well, I never received the book!!!
