I bought this CD in 1997, and this is one of my favorite healing music CDs.

Some of the benefits I received were that the high-pitched whine of children used to disturb me and I would avoid them, try to shut them out, get stressed, etc. After a few sessions with his CD, the sounds of children actually soothe me instead.

Most of the sounds on this CD are not what one would intuitively think of as "healing music" - it's not the slow, relaxing music that we tend to think of. (It has a relaxing effect ultimately, though the music alternates between deep relaxation and chaotic sound, so it does not fit one's pictures of "relaxation", but trust me, it is very effective.)

The first CD in the set has the best sound effects. There are pulsations and resonances that really seem to get the energy moving.

The second CD in the set is a great cure for insomnia. If I have a night when I can't get to sleep, I will be able to sleep before the hour is up when I play CD 2. (which is again strange, since, again, the music is not what one would think of as "sleep music", say like the Barber Adagio would be.)

This music is out of this world. There's nothing else like it in the world. Mr. Mourashkin is a man none like anyone I have ever met. His music takes me to places I never even knew existed.

I will say the same thing I said in my review of Mourashkin's "Points of Light" CD: Phenomenal! A true healing music! His Bio-Energetic Psychotropic Music has certainly changed my life and you must experience it to understand it.
