The book explains the topic in a clear manner. It creates understanding of the budgeting system even for non-finance people.

Public Budgeting Systems Great source of information; step-by-step resource on designing public budget systems.

A step by step process of how a budget is really established. And hardly reduced. You'll be surprised at how this system works. And have all of your questions answered as to why certain policies in government can never change. A must read for anyone going into business management and politics.

Great book -- at least what I've read thus far. Very easy to understand and give you a great understanding of budgeting in the public sector.

The content of the book is fine. Mission accomplished. The thing that is driving me nuts is the size and shape of this book is just silly. It is a small, thick hardcover, and it won't stay open on the desk. How am I supposed to make notes or type if I have to hold the book open with both hands?

When I am typing I use a rock to hold the book open, but even this is a balancing act. It's frustrating. I hope the publisher makes the next edition of this book wider with fewer pages so it will stay open.

I am highly disappointed. I ordered the book a month in advance. A week before class is supposed to start, I got an email stating that my order was canceled! I wasted so much time. I ended up ordering the same book for a few dollars more but at least it was a reliable source.

The book arrived on time and in great condition! I was very pleased with the purchase and price.

What a mess! paid for this product almost two month age and still have not receive it. I don't know about you, but i'm done using this service. I mean Amazon. I'll find some other service or go get my books at the bookstore myself. This is not the first time and i'm tired having to call and waite for ever for my books.

The book was listed in good condition, however, there were no signs of use at all - no highlighting, tears, bends - anything. Shipping was a bit scary at first because I didn't think it would arrive in time, but it did. Very satisfied with the purchase.
