Large and wonderful book full of iconic examples of urban design and landscape architecture throughout Europe and the United States. Effective photography, renderings, and diagrams convey the character and functionality of the projects very well. Brief but concise descriptions of each of the projects supplement the wonderful imagery. Great as a reference or coffee table book for the student or professional. I work in a private design firm and we have referenced this volume for inspiration many times.

Detailed description and comparison of 34 projects under 4 main categories. Satisfactory set of data including plans and sections and comparison of each project in means of layers and urban strategies. Lots of renderings / built environment shots.
