This review is from: Public Choice Concepts and Applications in Law (American Casebook) (Paperback)
Before reviewing, I must give a brief preface. A current professor of mine, Todd Zywicki, is one of the authors of this book.

I'm about half-way through this book and I've found it useful. I'm not an economist, so I don't have a great understanding of the basics of economics. This book makes it easy for a law student to understand the basic economic concepts while using examples from the law. That said, I think the book would be hard for someone who is unfamiliar with the law because the book seems to be written precisely for the purpose of teaching a law course on public choice. The examples are very helpful to my understanding and the sections end with questions that help you to think about the application of the ideas in different situations. The questions also help to provide you with fodder for reaction papers and a final course paper.

All in all, the book is well-written and informative.
