4.0 out of 5 stars Great Book
In my work I don't spend much time doing record searches... but the knowledge is needed in my field so I like to know what I can. Out of all the public record books I've read so far, this book has been the best. It has more information then any other book I've read and the author gets to the point with no b.s. The reason I give this book 4 stars and not 5 is (1) because...

3.0 out of 5 stars The Public Record Research Tips Book:
My opinion of this book is neutral. I suppose if one needs some general information about how to find people, it might be useful. In my work I don't spend much time doing record searches... but the knowledge is needed in my field so I like to know what I can. Out of all the public record books I've read so far, this book has been the best. It has more information then any other book I've read and the author gets to the point with no b.s. The reason I give this book 4 stars and not 5 is (1) because the author didn't do a good enough review of primary pay database sites such as merlin and lexis and (2) because the author did not go into enough detail about DMV information. I use DMV information often in my field and much more valuable information could have been included in the book about this topic. (for example license palte searches were not discussed).
