This book arrived quickly without any problems. My son found it to be a review of what he had learned for his Boy Scout Merit Badge in Public Speaking, but needed it for his college class.

My public speaking has improved but I was a great speaker to begin with. This book does tell you best ways to release your anxiety.

nice condition i only wish you'd have mentioned somewhere that this was a binder copy and that you would have dusted it off before you mailed it to me...but other wise it was fine

Over all the purchases is satisfy , the quality of the books is good and the delivery is on time.
