This DVD is sick, January 6, 2006
If you're a fan of hip-hop culture (I'm not referring to lame gangsta pop gun-obsessed rap culture), then you'll love this DVD. It contains k-os' music videos and clips of live performances, but the best part is called "14:59 minutes of funk". This part of the disc is dedicated to breakdancing. The breaking caught on video is absolutely astonishing. You'll want to watch it over and over. If you've never heard of k-os, this DVD will give you an idea of what his music and message is all about: true hip-hop in its purest form. Breaks, beats, & B-boys.

Kheavie B., Rock Rock On.... {5 Stars}, February 2, 2007
Basically, this DVD has three sections:
The first section is called "Publicity Stunt" and it's pretty much live footage of K-Os rockin' a show. It's amazing to hear some of his tracks live and his guitar players are bananas. You'll have to get the disc to see what I mean. I could describe them, but words can't really do them any justice. Shout out to the DJ too, he was equally nice as well. I can't wait until K-Os comes to the 9:30 Club on February 21st. I'm probably going to be the 1st person in line.
The 2nd section is called "Audio Cinema" and it includes videos from his two previous albums: Superstarr Pt. 0, Crabbuckit, Heaven Only Knows, Man I Used To Be, The Love Song, and B-Boy Stance; all of which are excellent, excellent pieces of work. Also in that same section is a short called Behind What Scenes? which is basically behind the scenes footage of all the music videos. It's a shame how underpromoted K-Os is here in the states. Half of these videos I'd never even knew existed until I got this disc. I kind of wish that this was released later so that videos from his latest album, Atlantis, could've been included because I think The Seekwill is one of his illest videos yet. Oh well, that's wishful thinking for ya. The other videos are still dope
The 3rd section of the DVD is entitled "14:59 Minutes Of Funk" and it's dedicated strictly to the b-boys. There are some amazing moves caught on video here. There's one guy in particular though -- I don't know who he is, but he's a tall dude that dances in the hallway and rocks a white hoody in the Man I Used To Be video and a two tone blue windbreaker with striped sleeves in the Superstarr Pt. 0 video -- he's got some nasty moves and I'd love to see more of him. He does manage to pop up all throughout the DVD. The others had ill moves and held it down too though.
Also, there are little symbols, pictures, and other images that you can click on to access a bunch of hidden material -- bonus concert footage, messages from Kheaven himself, snippets from other interviews, etc... You just have to look for them because some of them move around and switch position from time to time.
With all that is included with this disc, getting this is pretty much a no brainer. Whether it be DJing, emceeing, b-boying, or graffiti, K-Os has a little something for every hip hopper out there. I highly recommend grabbing this DVD off the shelves.
