For beginners only,
This review is from: Publishing Your Family History on the Internet (Paperback)
If you don't know anything about the internet and have also not bought any genealogy software, this is a good book for you. It gives a brief overview of the internet, the processes involved in getting your genealogy published and does a good job of reviewing the major genealogy software packages available. While I wouldn't use this for a genealogy reference, it has good information on genealogical computing.
