Well-worth the price, March 15, 1999

Miriam Gauci's beautiful voice is perhaps the only reason to get this set--the other singers, are pretty average and the sound quality isn't all that great--but it's still a worthy recording of this wonderful opera, especially at the low price. The love duet of Act I is probably the best version I have ever heard.
