Kiss and Hug it, January 12, 2000
This review is from: Pucker Up (Audio CD)
No hooks are missing on their second album. This is a classic and belongs in every pop-punk collection. "20 Below" still sounds great after repeating it a thousand times. This isn't depressing emo music for wimps so kiss it and hug it and go cry somewhere else. Okay.

Fantastic CD!, December 21, 2010
This review is from: Pucker Up (Audio CD)
I found this treasure in the dollar bin and bought it having no idea what it would sound like. Two months later, I still couldn't bring myself to take it out of my CD player. This is one of the best CDs I have ever heard. Think pop-punk mixed with early rock & roll with weird harmonies that really really work. In contrast to one of the other reviewers, my favorite song on the album is the one with the male/female traded vocals. The moral of the story is: this is a great album for those who like pop-punk and good music and puppies. GO BUY IT.

Great, February 11, 2000
This review is from: Pucker Up (Audio CD)
If you liked the Teen Idols first self titled compact disc then you will also thoroughly enjoy this outing. The music is pretty much the same as the first album, with every song being fast poppy punk rock with nice vocals. There is actually one song on this album that I do not like, it is the one song with a male/female duet on vocals. THe rest of the songs rock though. Buy this if you're a fan of fast pop punk.

The most promising band in recent memory..., January 26, 2000
This review is from: Pucker Up (Audio CD)
I'd never even heard of "Teen Idols" until I kept hearing them on FatFreeRadio. Why is classic fast pogo punk so rare these days? This one, their second, is much of the same - great melodic and fast pogo punk. It's very hard to sit still and listen to it.

Nashville's finest, August 2, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: Pucker Up (Audio CD)
I have been going to see these guys play for going on 5 years now, and they just keep getting better. Plain and simple, these guys are the hardest working band in Nashville and the desereve every bit of fame they have. Call them sell-out fellow nashville kids if you want, you're just jealous!!! About the CD...what can I say? It's fun, catchy, and fast pop-punk! Consume!

I thought their first album was good, but this one is even better. Fast riffs, great harmonies and real direction. Can't wait to see them live!!!
