I remember seeing Puff the Magic Dragon when I first started kindergarden and I must say, along with the entire Puff series, this video has had an impact on my life. This is a VERY strong and emotional video displaying and teaching honesty, trust, care, faith, belief, and determination; something the kids of today and tomorrow most definately need in their lives. Most kids videos of today don't focus much on these characteristics anymore... you know... feelings. This is why I love this video so much. If you've seen it then you know what I'm talking about. Within the first few minutes of viewing, it "touches" you. Watching someone, a dragon named Puff, taking the time out to help someone else in desparate need, it's beautiful. Everyone has felt down at some point in there lives and could have used a friend such as Puff.

There are three Puff cartoons on this DVD. They all teach valuable character traits - confidence/courage, honesty and imagination. I loved them as a child and my sons (4 & 7 years old) love the stories too. They do not get tired of watching this DVD. The songs are great - I catch myself singing along!

As a small child i used to beg my mother to rent out puff the magic dragon every week from the video shop just down the road from me. to see that children of today can still share the magic of puff is wonderful. the video is just as the old one and the messages that it gives out are like none of the modern childrens videos. i reccomend this video to anyone and everyone. fantastic.

I remember Puff from my own childhood. I recently picked it up at the library and am now purchasing it. My boys, ages 2 and 4, love it and we watch it over and over again. I don't remember there being any messages when I watched it as a child, but as a parent I am seeing great things. My four-year-old is afraid of a lot of things and I have been able to talk to him using Puff examples and I think it is helping. Great movie!!!

A Wonderful DVD! This DVD has three great episodes that are wonderful for children and adults alike.

2. Puff In The Land Of The Living Lies

3. Puff and the Incredible Mr Nobody -My favorite

The stories have morals and interesting story lines, but I believe that the best part of these episodes are the songs. Very Cool.

Don't pass this one up.

i love this movie so much. i have since i was a little kid. it is an awesome movie about innocence/love/happiness winning over dismal minds. its got great songs too.

I recently rented this video from my local library for my four year old son. He loved it! I remember this movie from my childhood. I loved it then--and still do! It's wonderful to share things from your childhood with your own child. I'm looking to purchase new copies of this movie on video or DVD.
I'll keep looking for this movie on Amazon and other places.

My 3-year old daughter absolutely loves this movie. It is her favorite and has replaced the Disney Princess series, which is now her second favorite. The lessons learned are great for kids, and they give me something to help guide her. She laughs at many of the scenes too.

I wish there were more movies from the 70s like this. I like reliving my childhood through her!

This film has fascinated me since I was a small child, and stil does without fail. The music is wonderful also. Everyone who wants or needs something to boost them up a bit, watch this!

I used to watch this movie with my little sister when we were kids and now that she had a baby, I wanted to share this wonderful piece of nostalgia with my niece. I wasnt sure if it was the right movie at first since the cover was different than the one we had back in the 80's but it was! It was little Jackie Drapper all over. All the songs I had forgotten were revived such as... "Lets make the rutter out of my guitar, my guitar, my guitar". Just as I had wanted and hopped... I bought one for my niece and one for me!
