5.0 out of 5 stars Good nutrition made easy
I tried out a couple of recipes. In one of them I substituted other ingredients. The "breads" turned out great. Slices of this bread are more like energy bars. The basic recipe is fool proof. One can pick and choose variations of the basic ingredients and then get real creative with the extra added ingredients. Of course, one can also pick one the 20...

This is the equivalent of your friend typing a few pages, stapling it together and charging you $30. This is WAAAAY overpriced and very misleading as one of the other reviews says, this is NOT a paperback. It's just paper.

The best bread I've ever tasted. The flavor is exceptioal, not to mention the health benefits received from these super recipies. Master T. has made the nutrition industry stand on its ear with this recipe book. The effects of these recipies are experienced immediatly and their a blast to prepare. Thank you for "The Eliminater", it's worked like a charm. All natural, all fun. My life has been transformed! Thank You! dbrown51

5.0 out of 5 stars Deeeeeeeelicious!, March 30, 2006
These recipes are really great. My husband took some of these bars to work and they really went over well with the donut-eater guys - they are asking for more! I eat one of the slices for breakfast and it holds me until lunch. The recipes use whole grains and pretty much any fruit and nut combination that one could imagine. Wonderful book!

This is not a paperback but rather sheets of paper. Very misleading.
