I was suckered into buying this book because I too bought a Puggle 6 months ago and have found it difficult to find any specific information about the breed (in the form or a book anyway, there's lots of info online).

Apart from the photos, which are admittedly VERY cute, the information contained within is not specific to the breed at all.

There's an intro section which talks about the history of the pug and the beagle and the first cross breed. But following this the book just goes into general dog welfare, ie do you really want a dog, how to care for a puppy, how to toilet train, etc.

Apart from the occasional pop out box which states some general traits of the puggle, they could have been talking about any dog.

I was rather disappointed as I had done a fair bit of research about the breed I was interested in before purchase and since buying our pup - so was hoping for a lot more.

This book is light and easy to digest. It seems to be a bit "generic" in that much of the information can be applied to any breed of dog, but overall, it was helpful. This dog is wonderful if you can make it through the first couple of weeks!

This book I found was very useful. We bought a Puggle back in June. And I still wondered so many things about her. This book, started with the history to each subject that you could run into. It has helped me in so many ways. I would suggest this book to all

I'm in the process of buying a puggle but wanted to know more about the breed. Since they are a Hybrid Dog, information is limited on them. This book is a comprehensive book and a must read prior to purchasing these sweet little ones! I've never had a puggle and mine will be born this month, it's definitely an eye opening book on the breed & worth the money!

This book was a little superficial but my daughter who has a puggle found it cute with not much new or revealing.

This was a good general dog care book. I read it pretty quickly and got some good information about our new puggle. My 12 year old son devoured it and keeps referring us back to it. Overall, good purchase.

A very comprehensive book on Puggles with excellent pictures. Really shows just how unique each of these dogs is. No two are close to alike.

This book is wonderful! I can't say enough about it. I haven't thought of any kind of information it doesn't have in it. We have only had our Puggle for three days and I have already referred to it so much! At least I feel more comfortable about raising my Puggle since I have this book to go to!

This is a great book! It's incredibly informative and fun to read. One of the best things about the book was the cost. Thanks for providing items at such decent prices!
