This is AWFUL...Turned colors in one week, and I never got it wet. I have asked for my money back and they are not interested!!!
DO NOT BUY! I wanted to not do any stars but it would not let me

I was thinking of ordering this and noted the one positive review amidst all the horrible ones was from C. Lee. I checked "see all my reviews" and noted that this reviewer has 8 pages of reviews - all positive, all for Pugster. Does this smell fishy to anyone else?

This charm does not fit my wife's Pandora bracelet!! Unacceptable. To add insult to injury, the shipping estimate was wrong. I would not have ordered this item if it had not promised delivery before Christmas. A complete waste of money. Thanks for shoving this uncomfortable hunk of metal up my backside.

Don't buy from Pugster. They say that the charms will fit Pandora and Chamilia but they don't. They are WAY TOO big for the braclets. Also, after a few months it turned color even though I am careful not to get my braclets wet. Definitely send the extra money and get your charms from Chamilia or Pandora.

This product did not fit Pandora as described. When I contacted the seller to get a new charm, they assured me the new one would fit. Upon arrival, the second charm also did not fit Pandora. I was very disappointed.

A week after I ordered the charms for my wife's Christmas present, and received a confirmation, I then received an e-mail notification the items were out of stock. Thus, the items my wife had asked for were not going to arrive as stated, or ever. No way to give, "No Star" rating.

I hope to create a helpful review of this product that would be seen alongside (vs.) the most helpful critical review, which also has merit. In the end it won't matter, because I am reporting Pugster C. Lee to Amazon unless all biased reviews are deleted.

I like all beads, which is why I like this bead. 5 stars.

In other news, reviewer "c. lee 'jewelry'" (see her review below) has 8 pages of reviews, 65 in total if my count is correct, ALL for products sold by Pugster! She evidently shops a LOT, but she buys nothing but Pugster products, again and again. In some of her first reviews, she did nothing but paste links to OTHER PUGSTER PRODUCTS - no text. She stopped that after a while and just wrote excellent and relatively generic short reviews on 65 different Pugster products. Months of reviews dating back to August of 2009. Oh, and boy is she into tags for Pugster products... I didn't bother counting those.

One of her early reviews says simply:
"I like pugster italian charms"

Another Pugster review, on March 18th, 2010, says this:

"First time purchase, No complaints. Sent as gift and I haven't seen it yet, but am told it is very nice."

And on the very same day... March 18th:

"This seller delivered as promised. I have ordered more than once item from this seller and have been completely satisfied with both the product and service."

At least a couple of other people have commented on how suspicious this all sounds, but evidently no one has reported her yet (I say "her" but in fact it could be a man or an entire slew of people behind Pugster).

What this seller is doing is unfair to potential buyers and to other Amazon merchants. Because of all the great reviews, Pugster's listings are more likely show up ahead of listings from other sellers, even sellers who have better feedback and better products. In addition, it obviously biases the customer in favor of a product, unfairly and likely without any merit (look at Pugster's feedback rating and other reviews).

C. lee "jewelry"'s reviews violate Amazon's policy against the use of promotional content in reviews created by someone with a financial interest in the company.

If all of these reviews are not removed in a very timely manner (I will forward Pugster this review), I will have to report Pugster to Amazon.

I am hoping that this information was useful and informative to those thinking about purchasing this bead.
