The author was one of my lecturers, which, in my opinion, gives this book an unfair disadvantage. I prefer reading texts that have an entirely different approach and organization of the material. It was a helpful replacement for his lecture notes.

This review is from: Pulmonary Pathophysiology (Paperback)
This is an excellent pulmonary pathophys text for your pathology or pulmonary course. The explanations of various pathologies are easy to understand but are still explained to a sufficient depth. Well organized overall, but it would be even better if there were cases with questions to work through at the end of each chapter.

Very good as an introduction to the subject. Lacks in depth coverage of many topics.
