I got this watch as a graduation present when I got my Bachelor's degree. It is the only watch I have that goes well with the business casual dress that is required where I now work so I have worn it almost every day for well over a year and a half and it still looks and runs great. I am actually considering buying another one so I can have it if this one ever gets damaged or stops working.

This is my second purchase of this watch, and I love it. The first one I purchased at a brick & mortar store, on sale, with a friend's associate discount, for about 75% more than the Amazon price. Talk about some serious markup. I'd been looking for a black- or blue-faced watch WITHOUT night-glow on the hands, and this piece was exactly that. It doesn't have a backlight, so it's not easy to read in pitch black darkness, but then again, how often do you really need to? I had to remove several links, as expected, to fit my wrist... it's rather thin.

My first identical piece had a fairly "stiff" band that still flexed easily. This one seems to be slightly more "jingly", if that makes any sense. If you're a mechanic or work with your hands a lot, be sure to take the piece of before doing so. It's easy to eventually ding up the silver portions of the band and scratch off the black portions (baked enamel, perhaps?).

Still, a VERY nice piece. I receive compliments and questions about it on a weekly basis. Several time I've been asked if I collect timepieces because of it. Go figure.

I bought this about a year back. I had great luck with it. Very scratch resistant and seemed to keep perfect time. The only problem I had was that the actual face wasn't as big as I have really begun to like. I own quite a few watches but have only ever really bought for style purposes. I never really looked into the diameter of the face or the movement. I have since started looking deeper into things like this before buying online.

If I had a smaller wrist this watch would have been a staple in my wardrobe! Don't get me wrong, the wrist links are plentiful and would get around the biggest wrists. It just looks funny on my wrist because the face is a bit smaller than my other watches. If you have a pretty average wrist to a small wrist, I highly recommend this watch! Very very nice and stands out in a sea of Fossils ;) Bravo. Would be Five Stars if it had a bit bigger face.

I bought this watch 5 years ago when i went off to school, and now 5 years later its still running great. i have replaced nothing, and the time is always right on. it is extremely scratch resistant, I've beaten this watch and abused and their are still no scratches. i wear it almost every day so my only cons would be that the black is starting to fade where its rubbed against my arm and on hot days it leaves some black marks on my wrist.

Picked this watch up on sale. It looks really good on my wrist and a few of my friends are totally jealous.

This is a beautiful watch that served as a gorgeous graduation present for our son. We had the back taken off and engraved, and it is an exquisite keepsake/timepiece.

It is sold at the mall for $199.00, so the Amazon price is a steal!!

but there are some small things that does cause a slight problem for me.
First time putting it on after removing some wrist links, it had a very nice feel. The weight isn't all that heavy, I mean sure heavy compared to your everyday watch,
but it's stainless steel. Which ofcourse means it'll have some weight to it.

The design is quite flashy for the inside. And for the wristlinks. But they could've done more for the outside face, maybe better engravings?
Was a little difficult to use when I first had it, but a few minutes looking into the manual and you'll be set to go.

Biggest issue for me is that when the 2 hands (hr./min.) hands are together, as in both in one spot, it's hard to see and actually tell the time in a glance.

Overall, it's a really neat watch to have.

The watch looks good, and it fits perfectly for a medium to small size wrists. I work in a biology lab, and the watch gets wet every 20 mins, and it is still working fine, and looks as good as before. It is decently scratch resistant. All in all, it is a good watch, and nice for both formal events and work.

This is a big watch that is much heavier and less "designed" than it appeared to be on the website. I'm sure it works fine, but I sent it back.

The watch's hands are difficult to see at best, and from some angles can not be seen at all. Was very surprised and disappointed, as usually Pulsar watches have excellent graphics. So I sent it back.
