Ruggedly masculine yet nevertheless stylish, the Pulsar PXN079 stainless steel men's sport watch is equally at home as an accessory to a business to or a wetsuit. The large, round watch case measure 1.5 inches wide and it features a brushed silver stainless steel unidirectional rotating bezel with etched black numerals and markers. The shimmery blue dial background is offset by silver luminous dial markers and large luminous baton hands (with red second hand). The bracelet band is composed of brushed silver stainless steel links and is joined by a double-locking fold-over clasp. Other features include a day/date function at 3 o'clock, water resistance to 100 meters (330 feet), a scratch-resistant mineral crystal, and precise Japanese quartz movement.

Warranty
Pulsar's three-year warranty (from date of purchase) covers all of the watch--inside and out. All moving parts, the case, crystal, bracelet, and battery are covered.

This is a great watch, especially at the sale price I paid. Clean design, highly legible, comfortable, plenty of heft (I hate a tiny watch), and the band just fits my extra large wrist at the longest adjustment point. My only complaint is the orange second hand -- it really looks out of place on an otherwise classy face. A silver hand would be slightly less visible, but much more in keeping with the rest of the design. That's a minor gripe, though. Overall, this watch is an excellent deal.

I've had this watch for about 3 weeks now and am very pleased. It is comfortable and accurate. I really like the looks of the blue dial. The mineral crystal and stainless steal band were important features I wanted in a watch. The long warranty is a plus also.

As mentioned in another review, the second hand is red. This feature does not really show well in the pictures. To me, this looks OK.

Pro:

This watch looks very elegant and I love it for the price. This watch is from SEIKO subdivision which aslo provided 3 years warranties from SEIKO, which is very good.

Con:

This watch's bezel can only rotate one way counter clockwise and cannot rotate the other way as this Amazon.com describles as "unidirectional rotating bezel"
