There still are people who created music to lift our spiritthis cd was created for it...you play it over and over again and never get tired to listen marvelous music.

This is a great album to work out to or even for meditating. It has an energizing beat and infectious rhythms. Some songs are similar to tribal music and belly dancing music. I can not recommend this album enough!
