Obligation and options under warranty are limited solely to replacing the watch with the exact same style or a style of comparable value to the extent that Puma Time, at sole discretion, considers that it is not practicable to repair the watch.

All implied warranties, including that of merchantability, are limited to two years.

Puma Time is not liable for incidental or consequential damages for failure or malfunction of the product and any recovery may not be greater than the purchase price paid for the product.

Nothing in this warranty is intended to diminish in any way specific legal rights which may vary from state to state (in USA) or the purchaser's right under the sale of goods act.

This watch looks great but the white finish on the rubber strap is not that good, fades easily, also after a couple of minutes the watch goes into some sort of idle state and a scrolling feature comes on with advertisement and lame phrases, so anytime you need to know the time you have to press a button and if its dark then make that 2 buttons including light, not very intuitive. returned mine within a week.

This thing is no doubt an eye catcher, however, the material is easy to get dirty, and hard to clean. Also a small thing about the thing is, it self advertises by scrolling across the screen when inactive. Other than that it has its uses.
