Really yummy mix!,

I made this tonight for my family (we love breakfast for dinner!) and I was a little skeptical at first about what my kids would think. They LOVED it!! I usually make pumpkin muffins this time of year and these tasted a lot like those. We topped the pancakes with caramel and whipped cream and nobody's been asking for dessert tonight since it was like breakfast/dessert in one. I found one can of this at Marshall's for less than it is advertised on this company's website. $7.95 is a little pricey for 1 can (mix measures out at about 3 cups or so) but it was very tasty.
