After taking Aspirin and Ibuprofen for my joints I started having a bad stomach. This product has been has been great, with regular use no swelling or pain. Best of all no heartburn.

I have been an athlete and active most of my life. So when I started having pain in both my knees about 2 years ago it was very frustrating because I could not do the physical activities I used to. My knees progressively got swollen, stiff and painful. It had become very hard to get up and down from the floor, walk or even do yard work. Though I didn't feel the need to go out and play tennis or other sports anymore, I still wanted to be able to do my yard work and go for my regular walks. I didn't want to start taking pain medications or go in for a surgery. I started taking this product about 2 months ago and I have noticed steady improvement in my knee mobility with reduced swelling and pain. I am still not able to run but I am definitely back in the yard and going for my walks again. I have faith that with time and regular use I will be able to increase my activity level and get my knees working again.

Arthritis is in the family. I started having knee and shoulder pain early in life and with age it has only gotten worst. It has become increasingly difficult to play any sport. I found this product on Amazon and started using it. It has helped relieve pain and swelling and now I can start playing sports again. This product is better than other products I have used in the past and I use it regularly now. Thank you.

This product does help a little with pain but my skin was breaking up, so I stopped taking it. When it comes to joints pain and inflammation, Bromelain 2,400 taken with Meriva Curcummin works much better.

As an avid traveler, I've been trekking through many different places. For some time now I have been suffering from a painful and swollen knee which has been slowing me down and a few months ago completely stopped me from traveling abroad. I was really afraid I wouldn't be able to go on my trips anymore.

Initially I was skeptical but after trying Punarnavadi Guggulu for a couple of weeks, I am very happy with the results. My knee pain and swelling is almost gone and I'm ready for my next trip.
