About the Author
Bruce K. Chesse is Artistic Director of the Oregon Puppet Theatre of Portland, Oregon. Her began his career with his father Ralph Chesse, at the age of 13, Since then, his puppetry has taken him to Japan, Russia, Poland,Sweden, Denmark, France, and Great Britain. Bruce has been an innovator in the field of puppetry in education applications since 1970. Instrumental in developing Artist-in-School programing throughout the United States. He currently conducts workshops for schools, museums, community and business groups in many states. OPT was founded by Bruce and Susan Barthel in 1983. It tours throughout the US with innovative productions for all ages.
