Our whole family watched this DVD after bringing home our Chihuahua puppy. We were having issues with the puppy growling and nipping. Charlotte taught us not only how to stop the behavior but why the behavior was happening. All the little things we do can cause behavioral problems from the very beginning. We now have control of the puppy and love him to death. I recommend this to EVERYONE with a new puppy or thinking of getting a puppy.

I found this video to be a wonderful orientation for a new dog owner. It gives details and hints one might never think about. Each segment is packed with useful information. The format is relaxed and friendly. I highly recommend this training video to anyone who wants to enjoy their puppy to the fullest.
