5.0 out of 5 stars An Alphabet Adventure April 29, 2012
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
In this cute little rhyming story there are three main characters. Pup, Drago and Blossom interact with various animals on an adventure through alphabet world. Each page has cute pictures with the letter of the alphabet being discussed featured somewhere on the page. The rhyming text is in each picture so it is a little smaller on a Kindle. This book would probably be best on a laptop, an iPad or a computer screen. What kids will enjoy most is finding the objects discussed in the pictures. Like when learning "L" there is a page filled with pictures of a ladybug, some leaves, a lion and lollipops. Someone mentioned that a letter of the alphabet was missing on the last page but I didn't find this to be the case. Kids will love having you read them this story over and over. There are so many fun words to learn.

Puppy's Quest: a fun rhyming ABC adventure by Lily Lexington
Illustrated very colorful children's book that is unlike other ABC books.
This one gives you 4 examples of the letter, 2 objects, 2 animals, vowel or consonant and a sentence.
All the creatures are doing something, very fun book to read. There is so much on each page that you can question the young one about and point to.
Author's other works are highlighted at the end using the same few creatures this book used.

5.0 out of 5 stars Fun Reading May 17, 2012
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
What a fun, colorful book. I am a true believer of having books around so when the grandchildren come over we can having reading time. This is a great book, and one that the smallest grandchild loves to look at because it is full of pictures. She is learning her alphabet in a fun way too.

If your looking to add another book to your library don't hesitate this book is very pleasing to the eye, captures a little ones attention, and they are learning all wrapped into one.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great for learning ABC's March 17, 2015
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
I read this book to A and she loved it. We are in the process of learning our letters and this book was perfect for her. We got colorful pictures along with a rhyming story. I really liked how with each letter you got different things that started with the letter rather than just one word. A really liked the pictures and trying to say what started with that letter.
This is a good book for the young children and those learning their letters.
